Council has a range of volunteer positions, most elected at the AGM, plus various committees.

This is in accordance with the APF Terms of Delegation for Councils

APF Directors (Maximum of 2)
Member Protection Information Officer (previously Harassment/ Grievance Officer)
Media Liaison Officer
Management Committee: is comprised of Chair, Secretary, State Coach, Treasurer, Vice Chair or Elected Member
The positions of Area Safety Officer, Area Instructor Examiner, Display Rating Examiner, Area Review Officer, Area Aviation Officer are now appointments made on a merit basis by the Australian Parachute Federation in consultation with Area Councils and are no longer elected at State Council AGMs. This regulation came into effect 1st October 2015 and can be seen in RS57 6.4 page 45 APF Regulatory Schedules.
