About Us

The New South Wales Parachute Council’s role is to administer parachuting within the
State of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
By agreement with the SQPC and VTPC, the Drop Zones of
Byron Bay and Corowa are respectively administered by other State Councils.
Within this area, formally, the Council is to ensure that the Federation’s Constitution and
Regulations are upheld; to foster and promote parachuting; to provide services and amenities
for Federation members; to foster competition; and to raise money for the attainment of the
above.
